1. Service and operator

GlobalDocBiz is a website and digital document service operated by Eugen Ionescu, operating GlobalDocBiz as an individual based in Germany. It lets users select a template, enter information, preview a watermarked document, make a one-time purchase, and download a generated PDF.

2. Eligibility and acceptance

You may use the service only if you can enter into a legally binding agreement. If you use it for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization. By using or purchasing through the service, you accept these terms.

3. Your information and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, lawfulness, and appropriateness of all information you enter. Review the complete preview before purchase and the downloaded PDF before relying on, signing, issuing, or sharing it.

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permission to enter another person’s information and for checking applicable filing, signature, tax, consumer, language, notarization, registration, or other local requirements.

4. Templates are not legal advice

GlobalDocBiz provides general templates and automated document-generation tools. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice or representation, and does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Laws and requirements vary by jurisdiction and individual circumstances. We do not guarantee that a template or generated document is valid, enforceable, complete, or suitable for every purpose. Obtain advice from a qualified professional where appropriate.

5. Digital products, prices, and payment

Products are generated digital PDFs. Purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions. The price and included document credits are displayed before checkout. Applicable taxes may be calculated during checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe. GlobalDocBiz does not receive your full card details. A purchase is complete only after payment is confirmed. Credits are granted only after confirmation and are consumed according to the displayed credit rules.

6. Electronic delivery

Delivery occurs electronically when the clean PDF or purchased credits become available after payment confirmation. You are responsible for using a compatible device, browser, and PDF reader and for keeping your download access secure.

7. Accounts and guest access

Where accounts are available, you must provide accurate information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. Guest access may rely on a browser identifier; clearing browser storage or changing devices may affect access, so keep any purchase or return link provided to you.

8. Intellectual property and permitted use

GlobalDocBiz and its software, design, text, and source templates are protected by intellectual-property laws. After payment, you may use, edit, sign, share, and reproduce the generated document for your own personal or business purposes.

You may not resell, sublicense, publish, scrape, systematically reproduce, or distribute the underlying template library or service, or copy the service to create a competing product.

9. Prohibited use

• Using the service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to infringe another person’s rights
• Attempting to bypass payment, access controls, security, or usage limits
• Uploading malicious code or disrupting the service
• Using generated documents to deceive, impersonate, harass, or facilitate unlawful conduct

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may maintain, secure, update, suspend, or discontinue features. We may update these terms prospectively; the effective date will be shown on this page. Changes do not remove rights already acquired under mandatory law.

11. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service and templates are provided as available and without implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, legal effect, or uninterrupted availability.

GlobalDocBiz is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by use of a template, inaccurate user input, failure to check local requirements, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory consumer rights.

12. Governing law and consumers

German law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of habitual residence. Statutory rules on jurisdiction apply. The European Commission’s former Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025; consumers may contact us directly about a concern.
