2. SCHEDULE
The Freelancer shall begin work on — and deliver the agreed results by —, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
3. PAYMENT
The Client shall pay a fixed fee of — EUR for the services described above.
Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date.
4. REVISIONS
The fee includes 2 rounds of revisions per deliverable. Further revisions are charged separately as agreed in writing.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
Each party keeps confidential all non-public information received from the other party and uses it solely for the purposes of this Agreement.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Upon receipt of full payment, the Freelancer transfers to the Client the rights in the delivered results, to the extent transferable under applicable law. Until full payment, all rights remain with the Freelancer. Pre-existing tools and third-party components remain with their respective owners.
7. INDEPENDENT RELATIONSHIP
The Freelancer performs the services as an independent contractor. This Agreement does not create an employment relationship, partnership or agency between the parties.
8. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 14 days written notice. Work performed up to the termination date is invoiced and payable.
9. GOVERNING LAW
