Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice or as otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties.

4. USE AND CARE

The Owner is responsible for routine maintenance necessary to keep the equipment in good working order, unless a malfunction results from the Renter's misuse.

The Renter is responsible for damage to the equipment occurring during the rental period beyond normal wear and tear, and will reimburse reasonable, documented repair costs.

If the equipment is lost, stolen or destroyed during the rental period, the Renter shall promptly notify the Owner and reimburse the Owner's documented replacement or repair cost, subject to any insurance coverage in place.

The Renter shall return the equipment in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.

Any extension of the rental period or late return must be agreed between the Parties in writing in advance.

5. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the law agreed by the Parties: —. The Parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably.
